Every child is different — and so is every family. That's why I start every journey with a detailed online assessment before we even meet, so our first session together is focused, purposeful, and tailored entirely to your child.

My core package includes a 1-hour consultation where we'll explore your child's eating habits, growth, medical history, and your family's goals, followed by two 30-minute follow-up sessions to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and keep things moving in the right direction.

Consultations take place via Zoom or phone. Additional 30-minute sessions can be added on at any time after your package is complete.
